Downtown Tampa’s Holiday Cheer will kick into high gear this weekend with festivities for families of all ages!
The 36th Annual Downtown Tampa Christmas Parade, which is always a popular holiday event, will begin at 11:00am on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the corner of Morgan Street and Madison Street. The parade route will then travel west along Madison Street to Ashley Drive where it will then turn north and end at Ashley Drive and Cass Street. This Annual Holiday Parade is a fun event for everyone and features local bands, schools and businesses. But, the fun doesn’t stop there! As the parade concludes, head into Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park for Santa Fest. This family-friendly event will take place from 12:00pm until 4:00pm at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. There will be live entertainment throughout the afternoon, holiday themed arts and crafts for children and games and activities for all ages. Santa Claus will also be in attendance and visitors will have the opportunity to get a FREE photo with him!
