Tampa Bay Margarita Festival 2017

The annual Tampa Bay Margarita Festival will be back at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park on May 27, 2017 from 12:00pm until 11:00am. This year’s event will include an entire day of fun, food drinks and entertainment which features special guest The Barenaked Ladies headlining the event. The event will then be capped off with a spectacular fireworks’ display.

There will be over ten Margarita Bars across the event all featuring unique and delicious margaritas such as the Sang-Rita, Bacon Rita, Classic Margarita, Corona-Rita, Strawberry Frozen Margaritas, Prickly Pear Margarita, BOLS Blue Margarita and many, many more to choose from. Margaritas will cost in the $6-$10 range.

General Admission ticket wristbands will be $30 at the day of the event and as low as $20 per person depending on how soon you purchase your tickets. To purchase these General Admission tickets, click here.

If you are interested in the VIP Experience, those admission ticket wristbands are $125 in advance and $150 briefly before the event begins. There are only 500 spots available for the VIP section and there is a very small chance that there will still be availability if purchased on the day of the event. The VIP Experience will include a special tent and bar with unlimited beverages and a day full of entertainment and activities.

For the running enthusiasts the 2nd Annual Margarita Run will take place on Saturday, May 27, 2017 before the event at 11:00am, with registration beginning at 10:00am. The Margarita Run is 2.5 miles along the beautiful Tampa Riverwalk. It is $55 per runner before the event and $60 up to the day of the event, to register click here. Registration will include a ticket to the Margarita Festival, a complimentary Margarita at the event and a t-shirt and medal.
