The 90th Annual Academy Awards will take place this Sunday in Los Angeles, California but you can get all dressed up and walk the Red Carpet right here in Tampa!
The Tampa Theatre will be hosting its annual Hollywood Awards Night for the 19th year in a row, featuring a reception on the Red Carpet that will begin on Franklin Street and then become a fabulous, VIP Oscar Watch Party inside the theatre.
Guests will be treated to the “real” red carpet experience with interviews and even a chance to take a photo with a life-size statue. Guests will be treated to FREE Popcorn and Soda as well as FREE makeup and hair retouching, to ensure that your look is “A-List” ready! There will also be games, prizes and a cash bar, with all of the fun starting at 6:30pm before the 8:00pm show begins.
There are three different types of ticket options for the Hollywood Awards Night event, as you will see below:
The Balcony Ticket: ($20.00): Entrance to the Red Carpet Reception as well as all of the fun during the watch party and a balcony ticket.
The Mezzanine Ticket: ($50.00): The Admission and fun of the above ticket as well as a seat in the Mezzanine Level to watch the Awards Show, 2 Complimentary Drink Tickets and VIP Drink Service to your reserved seat.
The Party Deck Ticket ($125.00): Exclusive viewing from the VIP Party Deck which offers exclusive viewing of the Show, a buffet dinner, open deck-side bar with beer, wine and signature cocktails until 11:00pm, open lounge seating as well as the FREE popcorn and soda!
Guests who stay throughout the viewing of the Oscars including the final award of the night, “Best Picture” will be treated to complimentary doughnuts and coffee in the lobby on their way of the Tampa Theatre.
Guests can choose to either dress in full Hollywood Glamour or in a costume inspired by their favorite Motion Picture.

The Tampa Theatre is located at 711 N Franklin Street, with parking located at one of the City of Tampa Parking Garages near Curtis Hixon Park or the John F. Germany Library, metered spaces or parking lots opened during Tampa events.
