For the 30th year, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay will host their biggest fundraiser of the year, “Bark in the Park” at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 11:00am until 3:00pm.
This day long event will be emceed by Lindsay Milbourne, Walter Allen and Hennifer Epstein of Tampa’s Fox 13 and will be a day of fun for dogs and their owners! There will be live entertainment throughout the event and over fifty vendors from around the Bay area.
At the start of the event, be sure to check out the registration for the One-Mile Walk that will take place at 1:30pm.
Dress your dog in his or hers best costume for the “Doggy Costume Contest” and can they even enjoy a fun zone which will include a portable dog park right their in Downtown Tampa. If you are looking to adopt a pet of your own there will be representatives on hand to help with the process of giving a dog their “Forever Home”.
Refreshments will be available including Food Trucks and craft beverages and wine.
Whether you raise money with a group before the event or decide to pay at the event ($20 each) all proceeds will benefit the Humane Society of Tampa Bay with their mission to provide a home and medical treatment to all of the pets that they care for each year.
