One of Downtown Tampa’s most treasured holiday events is back again this year and you and your family definitely won’t want to miss it!
The 35th Annual Christmas Parade and Santa Fest will take place this Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 11am until 4pm.
The Christmas Parade will begin at 11am at Morgan Street and Madison Avenue in downtown. The parade route will go west on Madison Avenue toward Ashley Drive and turn north and then conclude at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, located at Ashley Drive and Cass Street.
Starting at 12:00pm, Santa Fest will be in full swing at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. This FREE event will offer holiday inspired fun and entertainment including games and activities and family-friendly arts and crafts.

Santa will also be in attendance and families will be able to take free photos as well.
The Christmas Parade and Santa Fest are very popular events in the Tampa Bay Area so, parking sometimes can be difficult. The best option for parking would be the Poe Parking Garage which is just one block away from Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. During events a special parking fee is usually in effect, averaging about $10 per vehicle for the day.
